Copy links from baseline to current

I have a module Source with links to the baseline X of a module Target.

Is it possible copy links to current version of module Target.

Salut,

I do not know if there is any existing tool which does this for you, so I think you will have to program this yourself.

Browse through all out links of all objects and check whether the link goes to baseline X of module target. Check if this target exists in the current version, if so, create a new link to the current version.
